Hiking the Sculpture Trail

Oxhey Woods is a great location for bird watching in the East. It is located in the very south of the town of Oxhey, and as a result has access to some amazing species of birds that cannot be found anywhere else in the area. There are also a variety of different natural wildlife attractions here, including a wild bird sanctuary. There are a number of different places to view the various species of birds in the area, and even the local river is teeming with a variety of fish, turtles, and other sea life. The main attraction is of course the Oxhey Woods itself, which is located on the Mackerel River. You can access this location either from the bridge at the end of the busy motorway that runs over the Mackerel River, or from the end of the trail that goes through the forest on the other side of the river. To get to the top of the trail, you will need to hike some way up to the car park on the other side of the river from Oxhey Woods itself. When you get to the car park, you will find many facilities and restaurants to explore. There is also access to the Oxhey Woods Trust Nature Reserve, which is one of the biggest wildlife sanctuaries in the country.

This is an excellent destination for bird watching, especially since there is a wide range of different species represented here. In addition to all of the big, beautiful birds, you will find a variety of smaller ones as well, including many that cannot be found anywhere else in the country. For example, there is a rare species of rabbit in Oxhey woods, which can only be found in the area. The most common animals to find are deer, goldfinch, woodpeckers, and a few others, including moose and badgers.

Another great way to see the natural beauty of the Oxhey Woods area is by taking the trails that lead you through the forest. You will find about nine designated trails, each leading to a different part of the woods. Some of these trails are part of the Mackerel Trail, while others are part of the Oxhey Woods Sculpture Trail. The main reason for this is to create a more natural hiking experience, allowing you to move naturally through the woods instead of having to follow a path. This is another reason why people decide to go here instead of just staying at a hotel.

On your way up to the trail head, you will pass through a lot of beautiful scenery, including several different types of birds, as well as squirrels, chipmunks, and other animals that make Oxhey Woods one of the best places to hike. As you near the end of the trail, you will come across two bridges. One bridge offers a very scenic overlook of the area, while the other bridge gives you a view of the local nature reserve.
