When considering a place to stay in Watford, you will probably want to think about Cassiobury Park. Located close to the town centre, it is only about a half hour’s drive to the north of Watford and about an hour’s drive to the south. The location is perfect for those who enjoy being outdoors and is situated close to many famous attractions in the area. It is also centrally located making it easy to get to places like Chatteris and Watford cathedral.

It is situated on a busy road and the location has suffered a few problems over the years. However, this doesn’t mean that the park is not a great place to stay when visiting Watford. The location of the park is very picturesque and you can get to the park easily by road or by train. You will find that walking from Watford railway station takes you right to the entrance of the park. There is also a bus link from the station to the park but you may have to pay for this as it is generally not cheap.

The location of the Cassiobury Park is ideal for those who want to be near the many different activities that are available. There are links to the nearby towns of Chatteris, Brixham, and Watford so you can get out and about and experience some of the local activities. There is also a canal that runs through the park meaning that if you love swimming you will love this location. There are also facilities for playing football, tennis and golf. Children will love the various types of sports that are available at this location and there is even a children’s pond for those who visit.

If you like to visit historic buildings then you will love the museum that is part of the park. This is called the Cassiobury Museum and is run by the Risley Art Gallery. It has been open since 1998 and houses some of the most original and unique examples of Victorian architecture that has been created during the Victorian times. The museum is full of original artworks and includes examples of British literature, tapestry and art. This is a great place to find out about the history of the area and see how the residents of Cassiobury managed to create their own beautiful scenery in the late 1800s.

If you want something a little more exciting about the area then you should go check out Watford. The town is about five miles away from Cassiobury Park so you can easily visit both places and see what you like. If you like the idea of staying close to the town, then you can choose to stay at one of the bed and breakfast inns that are based in Watford. These are small and cozy places that make you feel right at home because they are so peaceful. You will also get to sample the local foods that are so common in this area.

Another great place for both people who are traveling from London and people who are staying nearby are the Three Horseshoe Quay. This is a beautiful public park that is located just next to Watford. It is a wonderful place for anybody who wants to spend a quiet afternoon or evening. There are beautiful trees to sit and enjoy the greenery and the lovely views that it offers. You can also stop by the three listed shops: the Quaysmiths, the St. Giles and the Cassiobury Park.
